We are located just 90 minutes from atlanta georgia or chattanooga tennessee in the mountains of ellijay georgia. Fallen leaves on the river sleeps up to 14, has hot tub, pool table, fireplace, lots of decking and....Our own private litte beach area on the river ! things to do in our area include: whitewater rafting, canoeing, kayaking, tennis, golf, horseback riding, hiking, biking, nature trails, antique shopping, tubing on the river, train rides, wildlife viewing, pontoon boat rentals on nearby carter's lake and the list goes on. Our resort amenties include: recreation center with indoor heated olympic pool & kiddie pool, video arcade, workout room with equipment, tennis, basketball & putt putt golf. From memorial day-labor day, there is tubing on the river, teen center is open and has an outdoor pool & video arcade.
